To unlock Legion in Mass Effect 2, players will need to progress through the story until they unlock the Reaper IFF mission. The Illusive Man will send players to hunt down the IFF object so that they can pass through the Omega 4 Relay safely, and it just so happens that there might be one on a derelict Reaper.

Yes there is. If you speak to her on the Normandy after that mission, she will tell you that she left something for you in your cabin. If you then go to your cabin, you will find a picture of her without her mask next to your bed. This only occurs if you’ve romanced her though.
