After 16 years and 197 episodes, the Top Gear Test Track and its hangar studio is to be demolished after the work was approved by Ministers this week. The track, formerly an airfield at Dunsfold Park in Cranleigh, Surrey will be knocked down to make room for 1,800 houses.
