Xenidate XL is indicated as part of a comprehensive treatment programme for Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children aged 6 years of age and over and adolescents when remedial measures alone prove insufficient.
How does Xenidate make you feel?
Taking methylphenidate with these type of medicine could cause a life threatening increase of ‘serotonin’ in the brain (serotonin syndrome), which may lead to feeling confused or restless, sweating, shivering, muscle jerks or fast heartbeat.
