Is USC guaranteed housing?
USC only guarantees housing for underclassmen, leaving older students to fend for their own leases and rents without the experience or education they need to make informed decisions. Local landlords take advantage of the limited student housing and students’ resulting desperation to find a place by increasing rents.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES Washing costs $1.50 a load and drying $1.25. All laundry machines are configured to accept only credit/debit cards. Residents must provide their own laundry detergents. USC Housing recommends that students not leave their laundry unattended.
