Is GW housing first come first serve?
Are housing assignments made on a first come, first serve basis? No, you can complete the application at any point before it closes and it will not affect the order in which you are assigned. If you apply after the deadline, you will be assigned after students who completed the application on time.
Do GW dorms have AC?
Room Features Each room has a private bathroom that is shared between residents living in the room. Air conditioning can be controlled within individual rooms.

The George Washington University requires all first, second, and third-year students to reside on campus unless they are approved for a Residency Requirement. All rising second- and third-year students for the 2021-2022 Academic Year will still be required to live on campus unless approved for a residency exemption.
