Why are there so many problems with Southwest Airlines?
There were passengers screaming at each because people were cutting lines. Very poor customer services and not enough help. Then on top of this issue the flight was delayed three hours. The other airlines had windows open, plenty of help, and no lines. I suggest if you can fly another airline at close to the same price you do so.
