Call *3282# (*DATA#) to receive a text with your data usage information. It may take a moment or two for the SMS message to arrive. Do this from the phone that you want to check the data usage for. You can also dial *646# (*MIN#) to check your remaining minutes.

Why is my ATT prepaid data so slow?

We may temporarily slow your speed at any time if our network is busy. We may also slow it after you use more than 50GB or 22GB of data in a single bill period. For those plans, we’ll text you when you’ve used 37.5GB or 16.5GB (which are 75% of 50GB or 22GB).
