What is ExoGENI?

ExoGENI is a GENI testbed that links GENI to two advances in virtual infrastructure services outside of GENI: open cloud computing (OpenStack) and dynamic circuit fabrics. ExoGENI is a widely distributed networked infrastructure-as-a-service (NIaaS) platform geared towards experimentation and computational tasks.

To get to the location you need to be at in order to do this side quest, do the following. Go to the Maroon Sea, and find the solar system called Vostok. From there, a planet called Nodacrux should be your destination. Once you’re on the planet’s surface, head southeast from your starting point.

Should I kill the colonists on Feros?

Should you kill the colonists? If you’re looking to play as a Renegade Shepard, this is the better option. You can choose to eliminate every Zhu’s Hope colonist to gain the most Renegade points, which means choosing to ignore the gas option on your grenade and shooting them as if they were traditional enemies.

What can you do with Thorian?

The nerve gas isn’t weapons grade but is enough to take down the colonists without harming them; the only other safe option is to melee them. Or you can do neither and just kill everyone. Either way, you will want the Anti Thorian Gas for your grenades for the final battle, so equip it into your grenades now.

The first set of Geth Ship Claws you find will be latched into the side of the building, and there’s no way to remove them. You and your team will move on from them, and you make your way through the ExoGeni Main Level.

Should you kill the Thorian?

You’ll need to shoot them all as you progress upwards to detach the Thorian from the walls. The Thorian won’t actually attack you itself since it’s just a stationary plant that’s been living underground on Feros for thousands of years. Instead, it’ll send Asari clones and many Thorian Creepers after you all at once.

Should I kill Shiala?

Killing Shiala Should you choose to end Shiala there, Shepard eliminates her, and she will not help Zhu’s Hope. This does count against saving Zhu’s Hope, but if you did everything else, such as the side quests, save the colonists, and convinced Jeong to finance the colony, you should be fine.

There are two easy ways to kill a Thorian Creeper. One is to use an anti-Thorian gas grenade, which will result in an instant kill. The other is to approach one of the Thorian’s neural nodes, and use Marksman or a sniper rifle to attack the node from a distance.
